The Florence Nightingale Foundation is working with Health Education England (HEE) to capture the contribution of Learning Disability Nurses to the COVID 19 response. We are seeking expression of interest for a Research Associate or Policy Associate to undertake focused discussions with Learning Disability Nurses, draw out the key themes and write a report on the findings. This project will inform a Thought Leadership paper for the benefit of HEE and their All England Plan for Learning Disability Nursing. We would value EOIs from people who have undertaken similar work in the past and have an interest in healthcare leadership and workforce issues. The project will be untaken using virtual methods over a period of 4 months and working hours are flexible.
