The Florence Nightingale Foundation is pleased to partner with the Queen Alexandra Royal Army Nursing Corps (QARANC) Association to provide a leadership development opportunity for registered SNCO Nurses and Nursing Officers from OR6-OF3. The aim of the programme is to enhance patient care by investing in nurses to pioneer changes and improvements in patient health through clinical leadership, professional learning networks, opportunities, personal presence and impact development as well as developing a Quality Improvement Project.

This bespoke programme is intended to enhance the ability of QARANC Nurses to successfully influence within their role and transfer their learning to contexts which require them to exercise their authority.
